Newington Green Morning Coffee Kick AKA HUGS HEAL

When all else fails- hug a friend.

Go for GOLD.

Step towards the girl/boy of your choice----eye contact----and then----- connect.

Arms o p e n...Heart o p e n...

O P E N     S E S A M E

A smile, or a sigh- relief comes in the form of a hug from a friend.

Maybe a stranger could be a friend too.
But this is harder. Going up to people you don't know in parks might be hard. They might try to swipe you with their handbag, or worse- their umbrella.

Cats + Dogs = Hug relief too.

Even rabbits, or horses.
I don't know about mice.
Bit small.

This morning I had a hug from Rod. She is a soft, light hugger type. Like a delicate scarf, draped lovingly. She bought me birthday breakfast (Almond Croissant and Best Coffee of the YEAR so far, from a completely great patisserie on Newington Green called Belle Epoque----->

It was sublime.  A perfect date place I think. Just need a date now. Kisses over teapots and feet touch beneath a warm wooden table in a sun spot just inside the glass).

Today, Later...dancing in GOLD BAR, and Vietnamese on Englefield Road.
WRITE UP'S to follow.
I think I might just turn this into a food and dancing blog. The best places to have a whirl and a croissant in turn.

Touch the blue sky- feels like the sea in Summer.
Berries on soya yogurt and a whole Lotta Love.

KISS. LU
